Booking Notes
Thank you for booking the only XL Board Picnic experience in San Juan! Please arrive at our Condado Lagoon location (1022 Ashford Ave) 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Your XL Board will be securely anchored to a buoy, fully prepared with your picnic basket and selected add-ons. A team member will assist you with boarding. Remember to bring sunscreen, towels, and comfortable water attire. Life jackets are mandatory during the transfer to the board. Get ready to relax and enjoy the best views of the lagoon!
Cancellation Policy
72-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. (The Picnic Deck requires more preparation time than standard tours).
Late Cancellations (Less than 72 hours): No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation, as the spot and resources have already been allocated.
No-Shows: If you do not arrive by your scheduled time, the reservation is forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
