By accessing or using PaddleBooking.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
PaddleBooking.com is an online marketplace owned and operated by Paddle Quest LLC.

Paddle Quest LLC operates PaddleBooking.com as a marketplace and does not directly organize or operate tours listed by independent Providers.
Bookings may also be made through partner booking systems and marketplaces, including FareHarbor and Bokun, where applicable.
Users must:
Additional age, health, experience, or participation requirements may apply to individual activities and must be followed by Customers.
PaddleBooking.com provides an online marketplace that enables Customers to discover and book activities offered by independent Providers.
The Platform may provide booking tools, payment processing arrangements, listing information, and communication facilities.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing or required by applicable law, Paddle Quest LLC:
Providers are responsible for delivering their advertised services and complying with applicable laws and safety requirements.
Users agree to:
Paddle Quest LLC may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable policies, subject to applicable law.
Tour prices are set by the individual Provider.
The price displayed on PaddleBooking.com is the price applicable to the booking, subject to any mandatory taxes or charges that must be disclosed under applicable law.
Customers will not be charged an additional PaddleBooking.com booking fee beyond the displayed price unless such a fee is clearly disclosed before the booking is completed.
Providers are responsible for ensuring that their prices, taxes, mandatory charges, and tour information are accurate and transparent.
Paddle Quest LLC charges Providers a standard commission of 15% of the total tour price for bookings processed directly through PaddleBooking.com, plus applicable transaction fees.
This Provider commission is not an additional percentage surcharge automatically added to the Customer’s displayed tour price.
For bookings processed through partner booking systems or marketplaces, including FareHarbor and Bokun, the applicable pricing, commission, and fee arrangements are governed by the relevant partner agreements and booking terms.
Customers must pay the full tour price at the time of booking. PaddleBooking.com does not offer a deposit payment option under this policy.
Payments for bookings made directly through PaddleBooking.com are processed through Paddle Quest LLC using applicable third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, where available.
The Provider’s payout is calculated as follows:
Tour Price – 15% Commission – Applicable Transaction Fees = Provider Payout
Provider payouts are handled in accordance with the applicable payment processing procedures and payout terms.
Paddle Quest LLC does not guarantee that funds are held in escrow or that a particular payment arrangement applies unless expressly confirmed by the relevant payment provider and applicable agreement.
Customers may also book activities through partner booking systems or marketplaces, including FareHarbor and Bokun, where applicable.
Payments for these bookings are processed according to the procedures and terms of the respective partner platform.
The applicable partner agreement determines how payments, commissions, transaction fees, and Provider payouts are handled.
Customers must complete payment successfully for their booking to be confirmed, subject to the booking system’s confirmation procedures.
Cancellations, refunds, and applicable cancellation deadlines for bookings made directly through PaddleBooking.com are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use.
For bookings made through FareHarbor or Bokun, the applicable partner platform’s Cancellation & Refund Policy and booking terms apply.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation and refund conditions before completing a booking.
Users may not:
Paddle Quest LLC may take appropriate action in response to violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Providers are responsible for operating and delivering their activities, including customer safety, equipment, staffing, qualifications, and compliance with applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paddle Quest LLC is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of Providers, accidents or injuries arising from Provider-operated activities, equipment failures, weather conditions, or changes and cancellations made by Providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or other protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Customers must review the requirements and risks associated with an activity and follow the Provider’s safety instructions.
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any dispute resolution or arbitration provision must be applied in accordance with the applicable law and any mandatory rights available to Customers.
Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies that apply under relevant law.
Paddle Quest LLC may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on PaddleBooking.com with a revised effective date where appropriate. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
