Liability waiver and assumption of risk

By booking a tour, Customer acknowledges:

• Water sports carry inherent risks
• Risks include injury, drowning, weather hazards, equipment issues
• Customer participates voluntarily
• Customer will follow Provider safety instructions
• Paddle Quest LLC is not liable for injuries or damages
• Provider is solely responsible for safety and equipment

Customer agrees to release Paddle Quest LLC from liability and hold Providers responsible for the tour experience.
