By booking a tour through PaddleBooking.com, the Customer enters into a direct contract with the Provider responsible for delivering the booked activity.
Paddle Quest LLC operates PaddleBooking.com as an online marketplace connecting Customers with Providers and is not the operator of the tours listed on the Platform.
Bookings may also be made through partner booking systems and marketplaces, including FareHarbor and Bokun, where applicable.
Customers must pay the full tour price at the time of booking through PaddleBooking.com or the applicable partner booking system or marketplace.
Payments made through PaddleBooking.com are processed using the applicable third-party payment processors and are subject to their payment procedures and terms.
For bookings made through FareHarbor, Bokun, or other partner booking systems and marketplaces, payments are processed according to the respective partner’s payment procedures and terms.
PaddleBooking.com charges Providers a standard commission of 15% of the total tour price for bookings processed directly through the Platform, plus applicable transaction fees.
For bookings processed through partner booking systems or marketplaces, commission rates, transaction fees, and payout arrangements are governed by the applicable agreements with those partners.
Customer cancellations, refunds, and applicable cancellation deadlines for bookings made directly through PaddleBooking.com are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
For bookings made through FareHarbor or Bokun, the applicable partner’s Cancellation & Refund Policy and booking terms apply.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation and refund conditions before completing a booking.
The Customer acknowledges that water-based activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Participation in these activities is voluntary. Customers must understand the risks involved and follow all applicable safety requirements and instructions provided by the Provider.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Provider is responsible for organizing and delivering the tour, maintaining appropriate equipment, providing qualified personnel, and complying with applicable safety requirements and laws.
Paddle Quest LLC operates PaddleBooking.com as a marketplace and does not directly operate the listed tours.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paddle Quest LLC is not responsible for the Provider’s independent operations, conduct, or performance of the tour.
Customers are required to:
Failure to follow safety instructions or comply with the Provider’s reasonable requirements may result in the Customer being removed from the activity, subject to applicable law and the relevant Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Customers should initially direct questions or complaints concerning a tour to the Provider responsible for delivering the activity.
For bookings made directly through PaddleBooking.com, Paddle Quest LLC may assist in facilitating communication or resolving disputes at its discretion, but is not required to mediate every dispute.
For bookings made through FareHarbor or Bokun, Customers may also need to contact the respective partner platform in accordance with its procedures.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
