Our Whale watching tours in Waikiki offer an exciting opportunity to witness the majestic humpback whales in their natural habitat.
## Where to Meet:
- Kewalo Basin Harbor, 1085 Ala Moana Blvd,. suite 104,
- Please meet at our OFFICE across from pier F. Check-in is 10 minutes prior to tour. Someone will be there to check you in for Captain Max Boat Tours. If no-one is there exactly 10 minutes before tour please wait a few minutes and they should be there shortly.
Scenic Boat Ride: Our tours begin with a scenic boat ride along the coast, providing passengers with stunning views of the Hawaiian coastline.
Experienced Guides: Knowledgeable and experienced guides or naturalists are on board to provide information about the humpback whales, their behaviors, and their migration patterns.
Whale Sightings: While we cannot guarantee whale sightings, our tours are scheduled during the peak whale season from December to March, maximizing your chances of witnessing these majestic creatures in their natural habitat.
Educational Commentary: Our guide will share interesting facts about the whales, their biology, and the importance of conservation efforts to protect these incredible marine creatures.
Photography Opportunities: Passengers often have the opportunity to capture photos and videos of the whales, and some tours may offer professional photography services.
Respect for Wildlife: We prioritize the well-being and conservation of the whales, adhering to guidelines to maintain a safe distance and minimize disturbance to the animals. Federal law requires vessels to remain 100 yards away from humpback whales in Hawaii and Alaska waters.
Cancellation Policy
##Late Arrivals
We leave promptly at Departure Time. If you are late and are not on the boat by departure time your ticket will be forfeited and there is no refund. Please plan accordingly and be sure to arrive on-time to avoid this.
##Refunds
We require 24 hours for a full refund.
No refunds given within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time (no exceptions).
Rebooking
Re-Bookings made more than 24 hours in advance are free.
No Rebooking offered within 24 hours of the scheduled departure (no exceptions).
Cancellation by Captain Max Boat Tours
If we cancel due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions as decided by the Captain the day of the tour - a free rebooking or full refund will be offered.
Our tours require a minimum amount of passengers. If the minimum is not met you'll be offered different time/date or a full refund.
