##More Information
The Tour Time Frame/Itinerary shown above is a good guide but we can't always count on traffic so sometimes we return late (we want to show you everything and we're not 'clock watchers'). This usually isn’t an issue but sometimes guests have dinner reservations or are catching a shuttle or meeting friends. Please let us know ahead of time or be sure to tell your driver when he picks you up so we can do what we can to stay on time.
Also, Your Pick Up Time is shown above as well as your pick up location. Most of the time, we try to get you right at your hotel front door, but sometimes that's not possible. Please pay attention to the specific pick up location so we can stay on schedule. The time shown is on the early side for us, so if it says "8:30 am" and you don't see us - don't start worrying until 8:40 am... We're probably on the way. You can always call us at 714-817-9733 if you are concerned but try to stay by your pickup spot.
PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLECHECK YOUR HOTEL NAME AND LOCATION SHOWN. There are many Marriotts, Best Westerns and Residence Inns, among others and sometimes, what you click is not where you are staying. If you have questions, please call us because we don’t want to miss you or hold everyone else up
Another important reminder, We Definitely Need to Know if you have Little Children so we can be prepared with car seats and boosters. Many of our tours are restricted for younger folks because the destinations may have age restrictions. Please keep the ages in mind because we want EVERYONE to have a great time and that includes a 3 year old that wants to do ANYTHING other than ride around all day and see stuff mom and dad are interested in seeing.
And, finally… Our tour guides don’t place signs asking for tips and do not stand there or embarrass you with their hands out (many companies and drivers have ridiculous signs – we don’t). With that said, Gratuities or Tips are a way that people in the Guest Services Industry are rewarded for a job well done. It’s a personal thing and we don’t add it on automatically because, frankly, it’s up to you. If someone serves you at a restaurant for two hours during a meal and they are attentive and responsive, we typically use the rule of 15% of the entire bill as a guide for good service – above average we sometimes give more and below average, we give less. (If you’re in a large group, restaurants AUTOMATICALLY add 18% for the server…) Our drivers have your group, and sometimes just your group, for 5 to 11 hours and they don’t just serve you food; they keep you safe and get you through the worst traffic in the world and share information to make your day amazing. If they did a great job, please consider letting them know it and if you choose to give a gratuity, they each appreciate that very much.
We're looking forward to having you along!
