For 5 full days you will get up to 4 sets per day. Each set on the water will include instruction at a safe pace to increase your skill level. I will teach any and all disciplines you would like improvement in. Sets vary in length depending on the discipline but an average set is 20-30 minutes of water time. You will do 2 sets before lunch and 2 after. In between your sets you will benefit from watching other students learn their disciplines.
