The tour departs from Kewalo Basin Harbor in Honolulu. The cruise takes about 2.5 hours, and it includes time for snorkeling, sightseeing, and learning. All equipment is provided, and there is no experience necessary.

- **Call us by 48 hours before the tour.**
- **For Private Charter: call us by 5 PM one week before the tour**
Customers will receive a full refund in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
**✓ No-shows will be charged the full price.**
**✓ With a doctor's note, you will be able to receive a full refund after the designated cancellation period.**
- The doctor's note applies only to the person who holds the note.
- If the person with a doctor's note is a minor, we will honor one adult as guardian for a full refund.
Customers will receive a full refund when notice of cancellation is made 48 hours before the tour.

##In the case of no turtles##
- Please be aware that turtles are wild animals, and sightings are not 100% guaranteed. Sea turtles are protected in Hawaii and of high importance in Hawaiian culture. By law, it is illegal to touch sea turtles in the State of Hawaii.
- In the case of no turtles, you can reschedule to another day **free of charge**.
- If you cannot re-schedule your tour, this tour credit never expires and is available for use on any of our other tours
