*At the onset of your trip, your guide will instruct you on basic paddling and boat control skills. From there your guide will offer as much or as little assistance as needed.*
*Most of the river is shallow enough to easily stand up - on the rare occasion that you might tip out of your boat. And trust us, it is a rare occasion.*

Booking Notes
#What to Bring
• Sunscreen, appropriate footwear (athletic shoes or river shoes (no flip flops), sun hat, appropriate clothing for the season (quick-drying fabrics), and a change of clothes for after the trip. Check local weather for Clarkdale or call our 1-800-478-4711 for local conditions and forecast.
• **Please arrive 45 minutes prior to trip time. We will meet at 900 Main Street in Clarkdale in the Dream West Caboose parking lot. From there we shuttle to our launch point at the Lower Tapco River Access Park. This R.A.P. is located a short 2 mile drive from our Tuzigoot River Access Point. The tour ends at the Tuzi R.A.P where we will load up and bring you back to our location 900 Main Street in Clarkdale.
• Food on the trip is not provided.
• Restroom and changing facilities are available at our meeting location. There are also restrooms at the put-in location. We advise our participants to use the restroom prior to embarking on the river trip.

48+ hours before your trip: Full refund
24-48 hours before: No cash refund. Rebook for any future date with a $10 per person fee.
Less than 24 hours / no-shows: Non-refundable, non-rebookable.
Weather cancellations made by Clarkdale Kayak Co. are eligible for a full refund or free rebook.
