- Captain: We will know the designated captain a couple days before the trip. We
will send you an e-mail with the name and contact information for the captain.
- Please be prepared to board the boat 15 minutes early.
- Dress in layers: long pants, long sleeves, and a sweater and a windbreaker at a minimum. Afternoons can get cool in the summer in the wind so you’re welcome to bring extra warm clothes. Any you don’t use you can leave downstairs on the boat. Wear rubber soled shoes, like sneakers. No cowboy boots, no sandals, no heels.
- Food and Beverage: BYO - We recommend finger foods, anything really simple. Please no red wine, no hard alcohol and just a moderate amount of beer and white wine.

True to our motto, "Sailing with Friends," we aim to be as flexible and compassionate as possible. Here is how we handle changes:
Rescheduling & Credits
If your date no longer works, we are happy to move your trip or issue a full-value gift certificate at no extra charge. Just give us as much notice as you can!
Weather Updates
If the trip cancels due to weather, you choose: a full refund (we cover the fees), a gift card, or a new date. Since weather changes fast, we usually make the final call close to departure. If light rain is expected, we’ll chat with you to ensure you're still comfortable heading out.
If You Need to Cancel
To cover credit card fees and our preparation time, the following applies:
• 7+ Days Notice: 15% service fee.
• Within 1 Week: 50% cancellation fee.
• Within 24 Hours: 100% fee (only applies if we turned down other trips and cannot re-book the slot).
Most companies charge 50–100% for all cancellations—we choose to be different. We live by 'Sailing with Friends' and always strive to treat you well.
