It is a good idea to get to the meetup spot 15 minutes prior to your booking time to go over a safety checklist.
Your rental(s) will be prepared for you at the time of your reservation, and someone will be present to assist you with launching the kayak(s) onto the water.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund. In the event of inclement weather, you may receive a rain check to reschedule your rental for a later date. Full refunds for weather-related issues with less than 24 hours' notice are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
