To provide the best experience for all guests and allow for proper scheduling, Coast & Current maintains the following cancellation policy:
**24-Hour Cancellation Policy**
• Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time for a full refund or rental credit.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.
**Weather & Safety Policy**
• Guest safety is our top priority. If Coast & Current determines that weather or water conditions are unsafe for rentals, your reservation may be rescheduled or fully refunded at your preference.
• Florida weather — especially during the summer rainy season — can be unpredictable. Brief storms, pop-up showers, or passing rain bands are common and do not automatically qualify for cancellation.
• We closely monitor radar and marine conditions and will communicate proactively if conditions present a safety concern.
**Late Arrivals & No-Shows**
• Rentals begin at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time without refund or extension.
• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.
**Rescheduling**
• One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested more than 12 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Important Information
- Participants must be capable of paddling and self rescue.
- Life vests required.
- Guests should disclose relevant medical conditions.
- Guests responsible for hydration and sun protection.
- Return to shore immediately if lightning, high winds, or unsafe conditions develop.
