**Congratulations on booking your Sydney Harbour Discovery Dinner Cruise!** To help make the most of your cruise, here are some tips to keep in mind to help make your cruise great!
This email is your boarding pass. There is no need to print anything, just simply show this email to the crew on your phone. Please arrive at Eastern Pontoon 20 minutes prior to your cruise time to check in and board the vessel. The vessel will be departing at the advertised time. We are unable to wait for latecomers. Latecomers Please leave plenty of time for your journey as Sydney transport can be unpredictable.
Please ensure to notify of any dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior.
Cruise time includes boarding and disembarking for all guests.

Cancellation Policy
Sydney Harbour Discovery Cruise Terms and Conditions
If you are making this booking on behalf of a group/party or number of people, it is the the main contact person-lead traveller (known as the “Client” or any member of their party) noted on your bookings responsibility to inform all members of the group of these terms and conditions.
Sydney Harbour Discovery and Oz Whale Watching and Sydney Princess Cruises Pty Ltd known as the “Company” will not be liable for loss, injury or death sustained to a person or property arising from directly or indirectly related to the chosen activity the “Client” or any member of their party has selected, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. All risks associated with the recreational activity is solely the “Client” or any member of their party. Recreational activities may be dangerous and entail inherent risk to health or personal safety.
The “Client” or any member of their party agrees that if they damage or lose equipment belonging to the ““Company”” they will be responsible for payment for repairs or replacement of those items. The “Client” or any member of their party agree to listen to the safety briefings given by the staff of the Company and agree to act in a responsible manner which does not jeopardise the safety of themselves or others.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to the exception set out below, you also agree to release the “Company” and its officers, employees, agents and representatives ("Representatives) from all costs, liability, loss and damage incurred by you in connection with your participation in any Tour, and waive any associated claims that you may have against the “Company” or its Representatives as a result of your participation in any Tour.
100% payment is required on bookings for activities.
If an activity is cancelled due to weather conditions or any other reason beyond our control, the activity booking will be rescheduled.
Minimum numbers are required on all tours and courses. Dates may be modified at short notice. Clients are not to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs prior to or during an activity/tour.
Once payment has been received, your booking is confirmed. No shows will forfeit the full payment they have made. Once a booking is confirmed dates can be changed however a $10 fee per person will be charged.
100% cancellation fee applies to cancellation less then 48 hours from time of activity - this includes changing your mind right before boarding the vessel.
