About
Step away from the crowds of Key West to enjoy your own private sunset cruise aboard one of our beautiful catamarans. Our 3-hour sunset sail allows plenty of time to enjoy the water, take a quick snorkel trip, and then head back into the harbor as you take in the world-famous Key West sunset.

What's Excluded
- Mandatory Boat Cleaning Fee *The fee is added in the checkout after you choose your boat.*

- Private Charters ONLY - Captain and Crew Service Fee of $350 is in addition to your catamaran boat rental and will be paid directly to the crew who you have hired for your private charter on the day. (Credit Card or Cash is accepted)

- Gratuity - Crew Gratuity, also paid directly on the charter day. Gratuity is customarily 15-20% of the charter fee (detailed on confirmation email).

- Primary Charter booking person must be 21 years of age or older.

What to Bring:
- light layers for weather of the day
- your preferred beverage
- outside snacks are welcome, or purchase charcuterie board
- non-spray sunscreen



## Please Note For Private Charters:
- The Captain and Crew Service Fee of $400 is in addition to your catamaran boat rental and will be paid directly to the designated staff who provide your private charter on the day. (Credit Card or Cash is accepted) Gratuity is customary, and is a percentage based on your charter fee.



# Public Charters Need to Know
## Arrival:
- Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled start time at our meeting point.

- Champagne for the Sunset Toast

## Know Before You Go:
- This two hour sail will take you south of Key West where you will enjoy champagne or mimosas for a sunset celebration toast before returning to port. Charcuterie boards can be added with 24 hours advance notice to the concierge desk

What to Bring:
- light layers for weather of the day
- your preferred beverage
- outside snacks are welcome, or purchase charcuterie board
- non-spray sunscreen

## Please Note for Public Charters:
- Gratuity for crew members is appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

Public Charter Cancelation Notes:

Cancellation policy for per-person ticketed sunset sails: Cancellations within 24 hours are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit all funds. Customers will
receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen
circumstances.

Private Charter Cancelation Notes:

We offer a charter credit to reschedule your trip to another time within 1 year of the originally booked date with no penalty. Fully paid reservations are refundable, less $350 cancellation fee when you provide a cancellation notice directly to our office (305-720-0896) at least 30 days prior to your scheduled trip. Refund requests within 30 days of the charter date are subject to approval by our management. When approved, refunds are issued usually within 4 business days. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
