The Sundancer is a 37 Ft Mini Yacht with a great deck space and cabin as well, this makes it super comfortable and stable when navigating, for 10 people it’s the best, and you can fully relax because the captain will take you wherever you want.
Our Prices will include the gas and cooler with ice and water, a watermat will also be included. Captain fee will be additional.

**What to Expect for Your Charter**
**2 or 3 days before:**
You’ll receive a contract where you can select your captain (as required by the U.S. Coast Guard) and settle any outstanding balances for the boat.
**10 Hours Before:**
A reminder email will be sent to ensure you’re all set for your trip.
**1 Hour Before Charter Time:**
Please text your captain to let them know you're on your way. If you call, they may not answer, as they could be finishing another charter.
**Onboard:**
Once you arrive, please pay the captain’s fee directly to them, and then it’s time to relax and enjoy your trip!

**Location:**
We will depart from 801 Seabreeze Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 Dock B.
The captain will meet you at the entrance of Dock B, please do not come inside the dock unaccompanied.
**Parking:**
There is parking inside the Marina at about $4 per hour, (Prices may change without notice) If you take this option, get out of the garage and then walk toward Dock B, and meet your captain outside.
There is also Public Parking across the Street (Seabreeze Blvd) , if you take this option the cross the Seabreeze blvd between the Liquor Market Store and the Sushi Restaurant, the find the next Dock which will be Dock B, meet your captain there.
***Please arrive with plenty of time to find parking on busy days, the company will not be responsible for delays caused by lack of parking.***
**Instructions Before Arrival:**
1. **Waivers:** Every adult must sign the waiver from the confirmation email. You can sign it using your phone or computer Parents or Guardians must sign for their children.
2. **Arrival:** Arrive 30 minutes early to sign the Boat Charter Agreement, complete introductions, and settle any balances.
3. **Parking:** Instructions above
4. **Contact:** Call the captain or company upon arrival if you don't have the captain's number.
5. **Boat Rules:**
- No shoes on the boat.
- Don't enter the cabin wet or with shoes.
- Don't throw paper in the toilet ($50 unclogging fee).
- No smoking inside the cabin.
- Follow all captain's rules.
6. **Credit Card Hold:** $100 hold for expenses, released 24 hours after rental.
**Captain's Fee:**
Captain Fee: $50/hr Zelle, or Cash. No foreign currency is accepted.
**Weather:**
Do not assume your reservation will be canceled due to poor weather. Always show up unless you hear otherwise from us. Weather decisions will be made at the marina.
**Suggested Items to Bring:**
- Jacket (it can get windy and cold at night).
- Drinks (you can bring your own). The trip includes a cooler with ice on the boat (must be 21+).
- Avoid high heels.
**ID Requirement:**
ID is required on the Lead Traveler (No Exemptions) Not bringing your ID will be ground to cancelation of your tour from our side.
**Company Policy:**
The company can terminate the activity if guidelines are not followed.
**Future Reservations:**
Book directly on our website or call 786-701-6078. Reservations made with the captain are not guaranteed.
**Discounts:**
- 15% off for new reservations within 24 hours after your trip.
- 12% off within 48 hours.
- 10% off after 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 24 hours before the trip by emailing [info@bruschiboatrental.com](mailto:info@bruschiboatrental.com). Phone calls or texts are not valid cancellation methods. Requests are not confirmed until approved.
Third-party bookings must be canceled or modified through the original platform. No refunds, cancellations, or reschedules are allowed within 24 hours of the trip. No-shows are charged in full.
If Bruschi Boat Rental cancels, customers may receive a refund or reschedule option. Weather issues are subject to our Weather & Trip Protection Policy found in our website.
