Car Top Boat Rentals
We have a limited selection of Kayaks, Standup paddleboards, Canoes, and Tubes available at our Stowe store for daily and multiple day rentals. Day rentals can be reserved online. If you would like to rent for more than one day, we can assist you over the phone.
Umiak provides all necessary materials and instruction for rooftop rentals. Umiak's Staff will provide the necessities and clear instructions for loading and unloading boats from your car into the water.

How Long Can We Paddle For?
Our Stowe store hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm every day. Rentals can be picked up any time after 9:00 am and must be returned before 6:00 pm

##More Information
- Car top Rentals meet at Umiak Outdoor Outfitters in Stowe, Vermont.
- Please park in the side parking lot (off of Sylvan Park Road)
- You can enter the building through the side entrance with the umiak sign, or the front entrance.
- Umiak Staff will help provide the best resources/instruction for you to accomplish a day trip where ever you plan to paddle!
- Umiak Staff will help outfit you with a life jacket, paddle, and boat along with 2-3 straps, (2 for the boat, 1 for the stern or bowline), and 2 foam blocks.
- Everyone who is using the equipment must sign a waiver form. Adults 18+ years or old should each sign their own waiver. Minors can be added to a waiver with their parent or guardian.
- Please inquire about recommended bodies of water to visit!
