Our 90-minute kayak tour offers an immersive way to explore the picturesque waters once navigated by conquistadors and pirates. - The weight limit is 425 pounds per boats and no more than 250 pounds per seat. Each of our kayaks are doubles (tandem).

#Parking + Location Details
##Please meet us at the Vilano Boat Ramp located at 101 Vilano Causeway, St Augustine, FL 32084.
Our guide will be under the gazebo just to the left of the boat ramp. The clear kayaks will be staged just to the right of the ramp.
Although the parking lot is spacious, it can fill to capacity at busy times. It is advisable to arrive early to ensure you find a space and can get to the launch location 15 minutes prior to departure.
- We recommend appropriate sun protection, including hats, sunglasses and sunscreen.
- We request that all paddlers remove hard sole shoes when inside the kayak. Water shoes are recommended and will protect feet when walking on the beach.
- There is a public restroom at the launch site.
- Dry bags are available for the protection of valuables.

If you arrive later than your scheduled tour time you will be considered a NO SHOW and won’t be able to receive a refund OR reschedule your tour. We do still paddle out in the event of rain, however if there are unsafe weather conditions, our team would make the decision to cancel the scheduled tour and issue a refund to the original form of payment or reschedule the tour.

- **All Sales Final:** Once booked, all sales are final, and no cancellations are permitted unless specified otherwise. Trip protection is an available add on option for more flexibility.
- **Late Policy:** Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour! If you arrive later than your scheduled tour time you will be considered a NO SHOW and won’t be able to receive a refund OR reschedule your tour.
- **Unsafe Weather:** In the event of unsafe weather, we offer the option to reschedule or provide a full refund.
**Also, a friendly reminder: our guides work on the generosity from tips. If you haven't tipped in advance we recommend tipping in cash! We like to say, "If you enjoyed your ride, tip your guide!"**
