The event will start at Splash Time Water Sports & Tours (unless otherwise instructed). Located at 2 Turtle Beach Rd. Ocho Rios, St. Ann.
The meeting location is at our office. The office is inside the marina, to the left of the parking lot. Walk all the way to the end.
**Late Arrivals**
- To ensure a prompt start, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. The gates will close promptly at 6:00 PM. Late arrivals will require transportation by tender to the yacht’s location; regardless of the yacht's current position, the fee for this service is US$20 or JM$3,000 per person.

**Refunds & Cancellations**
- Refunds are **NOT** provided (see “weather” policy).
Right To Refuse Services
Splash Time reserves the right to refuse services, postpone, reschedule or cancel all bookings with or without prior notice.
If your booking is canceled, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.
**Weather**
- If weather creates a safety concern, either before or during any activity, we may cancel the experience (at Splash Time's discretion).
In the event your experience is cancelled, you will be given the option to choose an alternative date or receive a full refund, minus the cost of customized orders.
**Safety**
- No Smoking/vaping inside
- No illegal drugs
- No weapons allowed: weapons can be secured with the marine police at the marina police station.
- Non-slip shoes or sandals are ideal for safety on deck. Please avoid high heels or slippery footwear.
- Guests are expected to act in an appropriate manner for a family-friendly environment.
- Dispose of garbage in the containers provided.
- Diving/jumping from railings, and decks is strictly prohibited.
- Follow the instructions of the crew at all time.
- Do not flush anything down the toilet. No toilet paper, pads, sanitary napkins, paper towels, baby wipes, etc. Trash pails are available in each bathroom.

PARKING:
We are located inside the Ocho Rios Bay Marina, located at 2 Turtle Beach Road (down the road from Margaritaville/Island Village, pass the round-about with the light blue gates, behind the Cruise Ship pier).
If parking is not available inside the marina, parking is available on the road & at Island Village.
Our office is inside the marina to the left of the parking lot at the very end (next to the police station).
