Itinerary
- Check In & Safety speech: Arrive to Cabezas de San Juan, Natural Reserve, Ensenada Yegua, Fajardo Puerto Rico.
- **First part: the kayak.** Paddle through the crystal clear waters of the reserve for about an hour. After an hour of kayaking, we will return to our starting point, where we will take a short break with snack and water. **Second Stop: the snorkeling.** It's time to take our snorkeling gear, because the guided snorkeling experience will begin. With us, you will learn how to observe the marine life, how to put on the mask correctly, breathe through the tube and how to float. When we are ready, we will swim to the coral reef near the shore. You can enjoy the observation, exploration of one of the most beautiful and lively reefs in the eastern area, where they live, feed and reproduce a variety of fish, lobsters, sharks, turtles and marine mammals!

Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee the amount or type of fish you will see on our tours. We do not feed the fish to bring them close to visitors. This is harmful to the fish’s natural diet and it interferes with their natural feeding cycles.

## 📍 Meeting Area & Parking
The activity takes place near **Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve / Ensenada Yegua in Fajardo**.
There is **no customer parking directly at the activity location**.
We recommend parking at **Seven Seas Beach Park** and allowing approximately **8 minutes to walk** to the meeting point.
Parking is approximately **$5 per vehicle**.
Please plan enough time for parking, walking, check-in, equipment fitting, and the required safety briefing.

## ⏰ Please Arrive Early
Please arrive **15–20 minutes before your scheduled start time**.
Your guide must prepare equipment and complete the safety orientation before the activity begins.
**Late arrivals may miss part of the kayaking portion or may be unable to join the activity. The scheduled experience time cannot be extended.**

Beginners are welcome.
Your guide will provide basic instruction and help you become familiar with the equipment before the activity begins.
Guests should still be comfortable in and around the water and able to follow kayaking, snorkeling, and safety instructions.
If you feel uncomfortable at any point, please let your guide know immediately.

This experience takes place in a natural coastal environment.
Weather, currents, waves, water visibility, kayaking routes, snorkeling locations, and water access can change throughout the day.

Marine-life sightings, water clarity, and specific snorkeling conditions cannot be guaranteed.

Puerto Rico’s sun can be intense, especially during an active outdoor experience.

Cancellation Policy
### Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least **48 hours before the scheduled start time** are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity, reservations booked within 48 hours, late arrivals, and no-shows are **non-refundable**.
### Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least **48 hours before the activity** and are subject to availability and applicable change fees.
We will do our best to accommodate a new date, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
### Late Arrivals
Please arrive **15–20 minutes before your scheduled start time** to allow enough time for parking, walking to the meeting point, check-in, equipment fitting, and the required safety briefing.
Late arrivals may miss part of the kayaking portion or may be unable to join the activity. The scheduled experience time cannot be extended, and no refund or credit is provided for time lost due to late arrival.
### Weather & Water Conditions
Pirate Snorkeling Shack makes the final determination regarding weather, currents, waves, visibility, and whether the activity can operate safely.
If we cancel the experience because conditions are unsafe, you may be offered the option to:
• Reschedule for another available date
• Apply your payment toward another available experience
• Receive a full refund

### Route & Activity Changes
Kayaking routes, snorkeling locations, activity order, and water access may be modified based on weather, sea conditions, visibility, safety considerations, or the guide’s assessment.
A route, snorkeling location, or activity-order change made for safety reasons **does not constitute a cancellation** and is not grounds for a refund.
### Natural Conditions
Marine-life sightings, water clarity, visibility, and specific snorkeling conditions are natural and cannot be guaranteed. Variations in these conditions are not considered grounds for cancellation or refund.

For your safety, all guests must follow the instructions of the guide throughout the experience.
This activity involves paddling, swimming, snorkeling, entering and exiting kayaks, wet and uneven surfaces, sun exposure, and changing coastal conditions. Guests should be comfortable in and around the water and able to follow kayaking, snorkeling, and safety instructions.
Please notify us in advance of any medical condition, recent surgery, injury, mobility limitation, allergy, or other circumstance that could affect safe participation.
This experience is not recommended for pregnant guests or individuals with serious back, neck, shoulder, or joint conditions, recent surgery, significant mobility limitations, or medical conditions that may be aggravated by paddling, swimming, or snorkeling.
Personal flotation devices, snorkeling flotation equipment, first-aid supplies, and required safety equipment are provided. The guide may require flotation equipment to be worn at any time when necessary for safety.

Guests who are unable to safely follow instructions, participate within their physical abilities, or whose behavior creates a safety concern may have their participation modified or restricted.
