Booking Notes
**Meet your Captain 15 min prior @ the gate of Sabine Marina (behind THE SANDBAR)**
⚓️ **ARRIVAL**:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time. No NEED to 📞, your Captain will meet you at the gate in the back parking lot of the Sandbar (in between the Veranda’s condos and Shaggy’s restaurant.)
👨🏼✈️ **GRATUITY**:
Not required, but graciously accepted and appreciated by our Captains. Standard 20%.
🤿 **SNORKELING PACKAGE**:
Includes adult size adjustable mask and snorkel & fins. You may also bring your own.
⛈ **WEATHER CANCELLATIONS**:
Are made on site by Mermaid Crew at departure, not before, again, **no need to call** 📞.
📍 **DIRECTIONS**: Our sales office is not smarter than Google. USE **google** 🔍…it’s super smart! 715 Pensacola Beach Blvd. Pensacola Beach, FL 32561 behind **The Sandbar**. Your Captain will meet you at the gate.
🅿️ **PARKING**: One vehicle allowed per boat, in the parking lot of Sabine Marina behind The Sandbar. Any additional cars are required to park in public parking lots (across the street or the beach ball water tower).
🛥 **DEPARTURE**: TOUR DEPARTS ON TIME
**NO** refunds or reschedules available for late arrivals. Guest must be physically able to board and disembark the boat at the marina and if on a 3 hour tour with a beach stop.
🍹 **BEVERAGES**: Water and sodas are provided; however, you may also bring your own snacks and / or beverages; must be 21 to consume alcohol on the vessel, glass is not allowed.
🦺 **LIFEJACKETS**: Provided (infant to xxl); required for 6 and under
🐾 **PET FRIENDLY**: Welcomed on private boats, but only if you take 📸 and post!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled boat rental departure time without penalty. Cancellations between twenty-five (25) and seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled boat departure time shall be charged 50% of agreed upon rental price and refunded the other 50% on a gift card that does not expire. Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours and due to “NO SHOW” shall be charged 100% of agreed upon price on the credit card I provided. You will be considered a NO SHOW if you are more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled departure time. Frisky Mermaid Dolphin Tours & Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to inclement weather that would make the rental unsafe in which a credit or full refund will be given. Decision to cancel due to inclement weather belongs solely to Frisky Mermaid Dolphin Tours & Boat Rentals not the Renter.
