Booking Notes

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled rental time in order to complete the rental agreement, waiver, be fitted with a flotation device, and receive instruction prior to your launch time. Should you arrive late your return time remains unchanged.

This reservation is non-refundable if it is made within 48 hours of your launch time.
No-Shows will be charged according to the reservation made.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel this reservation UP TO 48 hours prior to the date of your reservation. Should you cancel WITHIN 48 hours of your reservation the total amount of the reservation will be charged. This is a rain or shine reservation. Weather will not impact cancellation unless winds and/or tides are beyond our safety limits. In the event of a cancellation on our end, we will offer a full refund.
