Cancellation Policy

##Cancellation Policy
**A) We have 3 days cancellation policy**:

- Cancellations made **3 or more days before the scheduled trip**: 100% refundable.
- Cancellations made **1–2 days before the scheduled trip**: Non-refundable. The full cost of the trip will be charged.
- **No-shows**: The full cost of the trip will be charged.

**B) Weather Policy**

If East Fishing PR cancels the trip due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you will have the option to:

* Reschedule your trip (subject to availability), or
* Receive a full refund.

**C) Multiple Bookings Cancellation Policy:**

- If a client **books more than one trip (for different days)** and later decides to cancel any of them at the last minute, **those cancelled trips are non-refundable**.

- Once a reservation is confirmed, that date is blocked on our calendar and cannot be offered to other clients. For this reason, last-minute cancellations of multiple bookings are not eligible for refunds, regardless of the reason.

**NOTE:** All reservation changes must be made by phone. You must make sure to speak to someone of our crew team at (787) 413-9528 for any cancellation.
