Thank you for your booking! We’re looking forward to welcoming you aboard for your whale watch experience.
To ensure a smooth departure, please arrive **15 minutes before your scheduled trip time**. This gives us enough time for check-in, waivers, and boarding so we can depart on time and make the most of your time on the water.

### **Important Physical Considerations**
Please note that our Zodiac boat cruises at **20+ mph**. Although our captain will maneuver to avoid bumps where possible, ocean conditions can change and the ride may be bumpy at times.
For this reason, we do **not recommend** our whale watch trips for guests with **back or neck problems**.
Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, but we’ll do our very best to give you a memorable and responsible ocean experience.
