Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Shuck & Sea tours are non-refundable.

Raspberry Point Oysters reserves the right to cancel sailings due to weather or low booking numbers. If there is an issue caused by weather, and we are unable to take you out on your selected date, we will discuss alternative options on a case by case basis.

Reschedule policy:

You may reschedule your tour with at least 2 weeks’ notice, subject to availability.

-Life jackets are on board for your safety.
-All children must wear lifejacket at all times.
-No swimming off the boat
-No smoking
