Outside Hilton Head has a fleet of safe and comfortable boards & kayaks that you can rent to enjoy the area's waters on your own. Hourly rentals are available daily at Shelter Cove Marina or you can pick it up and take it with you from our Outfitter’s store in the Plaza at Shelter Cove for day or longer rentals.

##Locations & Directions:
We are located at the southwest corner of the marina next to the Ship Store and Ela's on the Water restaurant.

Turn off HWY 278 Business into Shelter Cove Harbor, directly across from Palmetto Dunes Resort, between mile markers 8 and 9. Turn LEFT onto Shelter Cove Lane. Once on Shelter Cove Lane, signs will direct you to the Ship Store and Ela's. Shelter Cove Lane will come to an end after about a mile at the parking lot for the Ela's. You will check in at our kiosk, located between the parking lot and the docks. It has a tan canvas top and signs that read 'Outside Hilton Head'.

##What to bring and wear
Wear a bathing suit or clothing you would not mind getting wet. Plenty of sun protection is recommended regardless of the weather or season.
