About
Mahalo, the largest of the PonTiki fleet, is a floating event venue! Mahalo has all of the PonTiki amenities and fun, including a full bathroom, couches and can comfortably accommodate up to 64 guests.
All cruises include a captain and a mate along with complimentary refreshments.
What To (And What NOT To) Bring Onboard
- Refreshments
Every PonTiki cruise is stocked with beer, wine, hard seltzers, bottled water, and ice. Please remember that PonTiki’s alcohol licensing strictly prohibits any hard liquor on the boats. If you bring any hard liquor on board, the cruise is unable to depart.
- Food & Snacks
PonTiki does not provide food. We have relationships with catering companies and restaurants in the area that love to provide for our guests, so please ask us about those options. Guests may bring their own food and snacks. Due to the sometimes windy conditions on the water, and to prevent litter from flying off the boat, we ask that guests always bring their food and utensils in containers with lids.
- Coolers
Each PonTiki boat has coolers with ice that guests may use to store limited amounts of food or refreshments, so while guests are allowed to bring their own coolers onboard, please know that we do have cooler space available and additional coolers are not necessary.
- Dogs: Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the boat due to safety and hygiene issues.
We thank you for understanding.
- Beach Stuff
PonTiki has footballs, floating lily pad, and more. Guests are encouraged to bring towels and sunscreen. However, we ask that guests refrain from aerosol (spray) sunscreen, as it gets onto everything (including food, couches, walls, and our staff!) when sprayed and generally causes a mess onboard. We thank our guests for understanding.
- Marijuana
We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding marijuana use, as it remains an illegal substance in the State of Florida. If guests are found to be using marijuana onboard, the cruise is required by the United States Coast Guard to return to port immediately. Any cruises canceled due to guests using marijuana will be charged the full cruise rate, regardless of when it was canceled due to a violation.
Booking Notes
A PonTiki liability waiver is REQUIRED to be filled out BEFORE your Pontiki cruise. The waiver will be available after your booking is completed. Please forward our liability waiver to everyone in your party; filling out this waiver before your cruise will save time during check-in before your cruise.
Your group should meet across from Tommy Bahamas at the Pontiki Kiosk and the orange PonTiki sign. A crew member will come up to greet you and escort your entire party to the boat. If you would like to drop off food or decorate the boat, please give exact instructions in your booking comments section.
