#Check-in Process:🐢
Check-in starts at **1085 Ala Moana Blvd suite 104, Honolulu, HI 96813.**

**Departure time is strictly according to the scheduled cruise times**, We recommend arriving **AT LEAST 30 minutes prior** to the start of check-in to find parking and to be able to walk to the check-in location in a timely fashion.
**Detailed information on how to find our office:**
*Please look for first row of boats or pier "F or E"*
- If you are located next to food trucks, please keep walking alongside the pier and look to your left for a blue flag with our logo and one story building next to a construction.
- If you are located in parking next to bathrooms, please locate a parasailing flag and keep walking straight, our office will be on your right side.

*Our Harbor gets busier depending on the time of the year and it can be difficult to locate our check-in, if you are not sure, please call our office at **(808) 556 3586.** Please be patient as our crew is shifting from boat to check-in location every few minutes.*
**Parking**

There are two parking lots on each side of the harbor - please see the map above for location. They are both paid parking lots (between $1-$3 per hour). Please DO NOT forget to pay for your parking as Diamond Parking Services are very strict with ticketing and towing.

**Please note, all of our tours include snorkel gear, however, if you would like to bring your own, We do NOT ALLOW Full Face Snorkeling Masks aboard due to safety reasons. Mahalo for understanding!**
While we do have reef safe sunscreen available for purchase at our office if you choose to bring your own, please bring a reef friendly and mineral based sunscreen on your excursion.

Cancellation Policy
For any private event booking, rescheduling without incurring any fees or cancellations may be made by the customer five (5) calendar days before the event in order to receive a full refund. For our private cruise guests, if the cancellation is outside of the 5-day cancellation window, the customer forfeits the right to refund their 50% deposit. Any payments made beyond the 50% deposit may be refunded outside of the cancellation window. Please see your signed Rental Agreement for any further questions about refund policies.
If you purchased trip assurance, you will be issued a refund of the tour price plus tax or a one time reschedule. The trip assurance fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be given if we do not receive a call or "no shows".
If you booked through a partner of Honolulu Snorkel Company, please refer to their cancellation policies.
Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.
**Equipment & Rental Return Policy**
Guests are responsible for all rental equipment used during tours or rented daily/weekly, including GoPros, wetsuits, snorkel gear, and accessories.
Tour Rentals: Equipment must be returned to crew at the end of the tour.
Daily/Weekly Rentals: Items must be returned by the agreed date and in good condition. Late returns may incur extra fees.
Lost or Damaged Equipment: A replacement fee will apply (e.g., $300 for a GoPro). Damaged or missing accessories may also be charged.
If lost equipment is found and returned in good condition within 30 days, a refund may be issued (minus any applicable fees).
