- Our captains & mates are very knowledgeable about local geography & wildlife. Feel free to ask them any questions you may have!
- Please keep in mind that our crews are in the local tourism & service industry and rely heavily on gratuity from customers!

Check-in details
We recommend arriving AT LEAST 20 minutes before departure time. Everyone needs a signed waiver before departing.
Restrictions
NO alcohol on the Sea Rocket Cruises or Parasailing. Alcohol is only allowed on our private cruises.

Ages 18 and under require a parent or guardian to participate.

###In Preparation for Your Trip
All guests are required to fill out a waiver attached to your confirmation email (or accessible via the link in your booking details) before arrival. Please complete this ahead of time for a smooth check-in!
###Our Address
We operate from our downtown Ocean City location at 307 Dorchester St, Ocean City, MD 21842. Look for our ticket booth on the dock near the inlet—our crew will be there with signage and flags to guide you.
###Parking
Parking is available for free by our booth in downtown Ocean City. There is also ample free & paid city parking around.
###Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 25 minutes in advance of your departure time to check in, complete any final steps, and secure great seating. Boats depart promptly—late arrivals may miss the trip!
###Once You Arrive
After parking, head to our ticket booth on the dock on the south side of Dorchester Street. Our team will check you in, and assist you with directions to the boarding area down the dock.

All ticket sales are final. Please make sure the time & date you reserve will work for you! We **highly recommend** purchasing our weather & trip protection during checkout. Trip protection allows you to receive a refund for the cost of the activity if the trip is canceled due to weather. guests without trip protection are eligible for a reschedule or a credit to use in the future.
