Enjoy 2 hour tours or 4 hours if you want to get in the water and anchor at an island.
The 2 hour tour includes either a tour around the millionaire row or a tour to see the skyline from Key Biscayne by Rusty Pelican Restaurant, there we anchor for 20-30 minutes if time allows it.
Please expect the boat to depart on time, all the rentals must follow the specific time, if you arrive with more than 1 hour late you may be called a no show with no refund.

##What to expect after booking.
48 hours before we will charge the remaining balance if any on the card on file, if the funds are not settle then we will send you an email along with a text message to settle the balance within 3 hours, if the balance is not settle then the reservation will be canceled automatically.
24 hours before, we will contact you to sign the documents needed for your reservation in a secure online method.
The day of the reservation the captain will also contact you to provide his number and ask if you have any questions, make sure the phone number in your reservation is accurate.
##Important information
Please make sure Everyone Over 18 years old sign the waiver sent here, renters will have to sign waiver before leaving with the boat.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your rental time to allow us to do the introduction to the boat and sign the Boat Charter Agreement with the captain and take care of any extra balances you may have, along with the $300 Security Deposit on your Credit/Debit Card.
You can park outside depending on spots availability parking inside the marina is $35 per vehicle, if you leave without paying they will tow your vehicle.
When arriving to the marina contact your captain and they will let you know what pier you need to go.
Rules on the Boat:
a. Do not get in with shoes.
b. Do not get inside the cabin wet or with shoes.
c. Do not throw paper or anything else in the Toilet. ($50 Charge for unclogging the toilet)
d. Please do not smoke inside the cabin.
e. Please follow all the captain's rules while on the boat.
We will put a hold on a Credit Card for $300 to cover any expenses you may incur while on your trip, this hold release automatically 24 hrs after your rental is done.
Following these rules will make it easier and faster for us to have the boat ready for you and the next guess and make sure everyone enjoys the stay.
#Weather
Please do not assume your reservation will be canceled due to poor weather conditions, always show up to your reservation unless you hear otherwise from us, we will make a decision about weather at the marina.
Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 24 hours before the trip by emailing [info@bruschiboatrental.com](mailto:info@bruschiboatrental.com). Phone calls or texts are not valid cancellation methods. Requests are not confirmed until approved.
Third-party bookings must be canceled or modified through the original platform. No refunds, cancellations, or reschedules are allowed within 24 hours of the trip. No-shows are charged in full.
If Bruschi Boat Rental cancels, customers may receive a refund or reschedule option. Weather issues are subject to our Weather & Trip Protection Policy found in our website.
