##DELIVERY INFORMATION:
• Boat delivery time depends on the distance to your vacation home, but the typical delivery window is 9:00–10:00 AM on your first day.
• If you need to discuss a different delivery time, please contact us at 239-888-0369
• We will contact you if additional coordination is needed
##PICKUP INFORMATION:
• On your final rental day, the boat must be back at your dock by 4:30 PM
• Please return the boat with a full fuel tank
• Delays may result in additional charges
Cancellation Policy
### The following cancellation terms apply:
- **More than 60 days before rental:** 90% refund
- **30–60 days before rental:** 80% refund
- **Less than 30 days before rental:** No refund guaranteed
- A $150 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations
- **Short notice (under 30 days):**
We will try to rebook your spot. If successful, you may receive up to 80% refund or a voucher for a future booking
- **Weather & unforeseen circumstances:**
No refunds for weather, travel issues, access problems, or events such as storms or hurricanes
- **Provider cancellation:**
If we cancel due to mechanical issues or damage, you will receive a replacement boat or full refund
- **Changes & early returns:**
No refunds for shortened rentals or unused time
