Pickup Locations
Cap Cana: You must request an access pass so we can enter the property.
Pueblo Bávaro or Verón: Pickup is not available directly from your location; we’ll assign you a nearby meeting point.
Hotels: All pickups are at the main security gate, not the lobby. If you require lobby pickup, please request and obtain access for us in advance, as most hotels do not allow open safari trucks in the lobby area. In many cases, if the gate is far from reception, the hotel will gladly bring you out in a golf cart.
Be ready on time! Our drivers can only wait 5 minutes, so please be at the confirmed location at the scheduled time to avoid delays for the rest of the group.

Important Information
- Follow all crew instructions during boarding and throughout the tour.
- Guests must be able to safely board and disembark the vessel via steps.
- Not recommended for pregnant women or guests with serious back, neck, or heart conditions.
- In case of adverse sea or weather conditions, the tour may be modified, delayed, or rescheduled for safety reasons.
- Life jackets are provided and must be worn during snorkeling or if instructed by the crew.
