##What To Bring:
- Short Sleeve Synthetic Tshirt underlayer
- Long Sleeve synthetic shirt over the tshirt.
- Bring a synthetic jacket as temperature can change frequently and it is nice to have a layer you can add if the temps cool off. 
- Tennis Shoes or River Sandals with a backstrap like Teva, Chacos, Keens with a pair of synthetic or wool socks. 
- 1-liter water bottle

##REMINDERS
- Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- All of our trips run on Eastern Time. 
- All participants must sign the waiver, release liability, and the indemnification form to participate in any activity.
- All medical conditions and personal conditions that may impact your ability to participate in an activity, including the inability to swim for water programs, must be disclosed to your guide before the trip.
- If you have anaphylaxis allergies you need to bring your epi-pen with you, inform your guide of those allergies, and alert them to where the epi-pen is located. Please consult with a medical adviser about their approval for you to participate in physical outdoor activities.
