Thanks so much for booking with us! Below you will find some really useful and important information to know about your trip.

**UNGUIDED TRIP DETAILS:**
- Arrival / Check-In time is **15 minutes BEFORE** your trip time.
- The trip begins with an orientation prior to launching on the river. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your trip time to allow for the check-in process.

- If you booked through a 3rd party, the links above sometimes do not work through their system. Please give us a call or shoot us an email and we can email the links to you directly!
**- LOCATION:** Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch - 13020 N. Bush Highway Mesa, AZ 85215
**- PARKING:**
When you are arriving, go past the Stewart Mountain Dam Employee Housing and the Horse Stable Parking Lot. Go around the gate with the stop sign, past the Main Lodge, and then park in the large dirt lot on the right near the dam.

**- CHECKING-IN:**
After parking, come to the Office Window with the yellow kayak paddle above it. Let our staff know the name on your reservation and you will be given wristband(s) and parking pass(es). Our staff will then direct you where to wait until we are ready to start your orientation.
**IMPORTANT INFO:**
**- Arrive 15 min prior to trip time.**
**- Check-in and be ready prior to trip time.**
**- Late arrivals are subject to trip availability and do not qualify for refunds.**
** - Kayaks have a 275-pound weight limit.**
** - Minimum age is 12 years old and 4'6" tall.**
**- Your shuttle driver may ask that you help with the equipment upon exiting the river for kayak activities. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.**
** - It is highly recommended that all participants have good swimming abilities as many kayakers tip out of their kayak at some point on the trip.**
**- ALL WAIVERS MUST BE SIGNED ELECTRONICALLY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: **Please contact us at 480-984-2194 if you did not receive a separate email with waiver instructions.
**- YOU WILL GET WET:**
Please be prepared to get wet and be sure your keys and phone are kept in a dry/secure place (ex: a waterproof pouch in your backpack/bag or a waterproof backpack). We are not able to hold any personal belongings for you. The kayaks are "sit-on", so there are no dry storage areas, but there are bungee straps on the front and back of each kayak.
**- NO ALCOHOL:** Please note that bringing your own alcohol onto our launching site is prohibited by Arizona state liquor law regulating its licensees. All coolers will be inspected at time of launching. Glass containers of any kind are also prohibited per Tonto National Forest regulations.
**- NO PETS:** We love pets; however, we are not a "pet friendly" property, nor can we transport animals in our shuttles, so please leave Fido at home for this trip.
**- RIDE SHARE NOTICE: If you are planning to get dropped off by a cab service, Uber, Lyft, etc...please be aware that you may have a difficult time getting a ride to come pick you up after your trip. Due to the ranch being in a remote location, we highly recommend having your own transportation for this adventure.**
**WHAT TO BRING:** "PRO-TIPS"
- **Hat**
- **Sunscreen**
- **Large Reusable Water Bottle** (It's HOT out there, you'll want to stay hydrated.)
- **Water Shoes** (Old sneakers or strap-on sandals are best. Avoid flip flops, as they are easily lost in the water.)
- **Waterproof Pouch For Phone/Keys** (We have pouches for sale at the check-in office.)
- **Small/Medium Backpack or Reusable Bag With Straps** (You'll want to keep your water bottle, waterproof pouch, and any other personal items in a backpack or bag that can be zipped/tied closed. We recommend securing/tying your backpack/bag to the bungees on the kayak, so that if you tip over, it will stay with your kayak and not get lost in the river/lake. )
- **Snacks** (Because who doesn't love snacks on the water?!)
**Reschedule Policy:** Must be requested prior to the start time of your trip to be rescheduled. If requested less than 24 hours from your trip time, there is a $10 rescheduling fee per ticket. **This is a ranch courtesy extended for unforeseen circumstances and reschedules can only be accommodated once.** Requests received after your trip time has passed are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
NOTE: If you have **booked through a second party** such as Viator or Groupon you will need to contact them for changes. If you have booked through Saguaro Lake Ranch you can call us or email.
**Cancellation Policy:** Must be requested **24 hours or more** before your trip time for full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are only eligible for rescheduling with a $10 fee per ticket, no refunds given. Requests received after your trip time has passed are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
NOTE: If you have **booked through a second party** such as Viator or Groupon you will need to contact them for cancellations. If you have booked through Saguaro Lake Ranch you can call or email. Email cancellation requests are not approved until you have received a verbal or written reply from us.
**Please note that this is a scheduled time slot and late arrivals are subject to availability. No Call/No Shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.**
**If you/your group takes significantly longer than the allotted time to complete the trip, you will be charged a late fee.**
**If you/your group go past the designated river exit for your specific trip, you will be charged an additional shuttle pick up fee.**
**Lost or stolen equipment will be subject to fees.**
