**Charter Agreement:**
In order to expedite your departure, we strongly encourage you to have your Charter Agreement prior to arriving. Also, kindly make sure all your guests have signed their waivers. The link to the guest waivers can be found on all emails you receive from us, in the green box. Your Charter Agreement will be a custom link sent to you separately.
**Arrival:**
Please call us @ 833-725-8777 to confirm your arrival, and walk over to Dock F and a SALT crew member will assist you on board. Please have your full party arrive 15 minutes prior to departure. As a reminder your charter starts at the time of your booking. The boat will not leave the dock until all waivers are signed.

**Parking:**
Paid public parking at the Marina parking lot between Monty's and Rebecca Towers.
Valet available at Texas de Brazil inside the Marina.

If you have any bags or are in need of special assistance, please let us know and we will be happy to help you.
**Security Deposit**
Please be advised that there will be a $1200 security deposit required prior to departure to cover any damages that may occur, including but not limited to clogs in the toilet, food or beverage spills, damaged furnishings or equipment. We will charge the card on file unless you advise us otherwise no later than 24 hours prior to departure.
**IMPORTANT NOTES**
No smoking inside the cabin.
We have bottled water & Ice on board.
Red wine is not allowed on board.
You are welcomed to bring your choice of beverages, cold snacks or prepacked sandwiches on board if you didn't select the private chef option.
**No hot food on board** unless it is prepared by our Chefs. Food prep and full use of kitchen is reserved for our Chefs only.
**Charter Time**
Your charter begins at the time it was reserved until the time the yacht returns to Miami Beach Marina. Time is billed in 1-hour increments and any time overages will be charged to the card on file.

**Zero Tolerance Policies:**
No illegal drugs, firearms, ammo or weapons of any kind onboard.
US Coast Guard will be notified immediately to intercept and remove disorderly passengers.
**For guests who have added Ocean Skeet to their fishing charter please note:**
All skeet & trap participants must be 18 years or older and follow the safety guidelines set forth by the instructor, including wearing protective gear that will be provided (Safety glasses, protective headset)
**Passengers who want to shoot cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to handling guns. Safety instructor has authority to cease fire if he feels necessary, Absolutely No Exceptions.**
