### What Paddlers Should Know:
- Offshore Islands require Landing Permits and are available Mon-Sat.
- We are walking distance to Kailua Beach and have free parking at our shop.
- We offer free carts to walk down to the launch point or provide roof racks for your car.
- Kayaking is a physical activity that does require a moderate level of fitness.
- Deliveries to/from Kailua Beach Park are not permitted. You must transport them via cart to the beach (5-10 min walk). Please follow our guidelines on how to center the kayaks on the carts and you will find carrying them very easy!

### What should paddlers bring or wear?
Get ready to get wet! We have these items for sale in our shop:
• Swimsuits
• Water: we are eeco-friendly,so feel free to bring a rreusablewater bottle. You will be able to fill it with fresh water at check-in.
• Reef-safe sunscreen
• Shoes: slippers (i.e. flip flops, thongs, etc.) are ok, but water shoes or sandals are better for walking around the sharp, rocky offshore islands
• During the winter months, bring a long-sleeve shirt, light jacket, or rain jacket.
• Camera/Phone. We have dry bags for $5 if you would like to bring electronics/food/towels. We also sell waterproof cases for phones/cameras.
• Dry change of clothes and towel for showering after the trip.
• Cash/Credit Cards: we provide lockers for valuables.
Our Pro-shop also carries a complete line of beachwear such as sunglasses, sunglass holders, rash guards with 100% UV protection and and cases for phones.

**Outside of 48 Hours of your Activity:**
-Cancellations are eligible for a 100% refund.
-Reschedule for free.
**Within 48 Hours of your Activity:**
-You may reschedule for free but cancellations will incur a full charge (unless you have purchased Trip Protection).
-Reschedule for free.
-Rescheduled bookings will no longer be eligible for refunds.
* Groups consisting of 14 participants or more and/or customized activity packages require 7 days notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge and may incur additional fees based upon arrangements.
**All contentions will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the management. If you have any questions or concerns with this information, contact the manager before booking.**
