##Need to change or cancel this reservation?
- If cancelling your booking at least 48 hours beforehand, you can cancel your booking by clicking on the "Cancel Booking" hyperlink that is above "Next Step: Sign Waiver."
- If Cancelling within 48 hours of your booking, reply to this email for a credit towards a future booking
- To change day or time of this reservation, reply back to this email and let us know your desired date and time of your updated booking and we will rebook you if space and equipment allow.
##Important Information
- There are many parking garages in the area. The closest parking is the metered parking lot that is located next to the Carousel.
- Please arrive 5 minutes early
- Arriving late for your reservation time will result in less time on the water. Based on how late you are, it could result in receiving no time on the water. No refunds will be given for reservations forfeited due to lateness.
- All boats must be returned by your reserved time to avoid the late fee
- Make sure all members of your party have completed the waivers prior to checking in
- Dress appropriately, you will get a little wet
