**BYOB and BYOSnacks:** We provide 2 coolers stocked with ice and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed; no glass and no handles of hard liquor. Champagne bottles are the exception!

**What Can I Bring?** - Hat, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Coverup, and Towel. Be aware of waves and wind when choosing attire; highly recommend flats.

**GRATUITY IS NOT INCLUDED** If you were happy with your cruise and crew, please let them know! We work hard to ensure you have an amazing experience. Standard tip ranges from 15%-22%. The captain can accept tip via card, Venmo, PayPal, Apple pay, or cash.

**Departure:** All cruises leave from Shem Creek. Please arrive 15 minutes before your departure. We are docked in front of Waters Edge Restaurant on their lower dock in Shem Creek. See Get Directions link.

**Cancellation Policy:**
We appreciate your business. We understand things happen and plans change. Your reservation is a stress free. You may cancel 48 hours before departure time for a full refund. Within 48 hours is Non Refundable. The online booking fee is third-party and non-refundable.

**WEATHER:** Weather decisions are made by the captain the same day as your cruise. If the captain cancels your cruise, you will receive a call from us the day of your cruise and a full refund.

**CAPTAIN DISCRETION:** While we want everyone to have fun, it’s necessary for everyone to listen to the captain at all times. We encourage everyone to drink responsibly, and the captain reserves the right to end any charter if they deem passengers are overly intoxicated, disruptive, or a danger to themselves or others. If this happens there will be no refund.
