The check-in must be done 15 minutes before the scheduled start timeat we are located on the Galé beach in the car parking .
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings, including cameras or mobile phones, during the activity.
Participation in the activity shall be prohibited to customers who present influence of alcohol or narcotics and
with inappropriate or offensive behavior.
Personal data collected during the booking process are solely and exclusively used for the cliente check-in procedure. Customer data will not be used for any other purpose unless the customer authorizes to use it for Email Marketing purposes.
To participate in the activity, we are authorized to capture and use the photographs obtained during the activity . If you do not authorize the capture and use of photographs and videos with your image, you must express this at the check-in.
The pickups (if booked) will be made at the place and time combined with the customer, and the driver may be a maximum delay of 30 minutes. In case of delay by the customer, the driver will wait for maximum of 5 minutes. When this situation results in the cancellation or impossibility in the participation of the activity, no amount will be refunded

Cancellation and Refund Policies - Surf4Fun
At Surf4Fun, we value transparency and the best experience for our customers. To ensure the smooth running of activities and everyone's satisfaction, we ask that you carefully read our cancellation and refund policies.
1. Cancellations by the Customer
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the activity may be rescheduled for another date at no additional cost, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the activity and if it is impossible to reschedule for another date, a full refund of the amount paid will be made.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not entitle you to rescheduling or refunds, except in exceptional cases previously analyzed.
2. Cancellations or Changes Due to Weather Conditions
• The safety of our customers is our priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to:
1. Offer a new date or time to carry out the activity.
2. If it is not possible to reschedule, a full refund of the amount paid will be made.
3. Absence at the Time and Place of the Activity
• It is the customer's responsibility to arrive at the meeting point at the previously agreed time. If the customer does not show up, there will be no right to a refund or rescheduling.
4. Collection at the Hotel (when contracted)
• If the customer opts for the hotel pick-up service and this does not occur for reasons attributed to the customer (for example, not being at the agreed location at the stipulated time), there will be no right to a refund or rescheduling of the activity.
5. Refunds
• Refunds will only be made in specific situations:
o Cancellation by Surf4Fun due to weather conditions that were impossible to overcome.
o Impossibility of rescheduling the activity by the client and Surf4Fun.
6. Rescheduling
• Rescheduling is offered as a priority in case of cancellation due to weather conditions or organizational issues. If it is not possible to reschedule to a new date that suits both parties, a full refund will be offered.
7. Additional Information
• All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be sent by email or phone in advance.
• When booking an activity, the customer accepts the policies described above.

Na Surf4Fun, prezamos pela transparência e pela melhor experiência para nossos clientes. Para garantir o bom funcionamento das atividades e a satisfação de todos, pedimos que leia atentamente as nossas políticas de cancelamento e reembolso.
1. Cancelamentos por Parte do Cliente
• Cancelamentos realizados com mais de 24 horas de antecedência da atividade poderão ser reagendados para outra data sem custo adicional, mediante disponibilidade.
• Cancelamentos realizados com mais de 24 horas de antecedência da atividade na impossibilidade de reagendamento para outra data, será efetuado o reembolso total do valor pago.

1. Oferecer uma nova data ou horário para realizar a atividade.
2. Caso não seja possível reagendar, será efetuado o reembolso total do valor pago.
3. Ausência na Hora e Local da Atividade
• É responsabilidade do cliente chegar ao ponto de encontro no horário previamente combinado. Caso o cliente não compareça, não haverá direito a reembolso ou reagendamento.
4. Recolha no Hotel (quando contratada)
• Caso o cliente opte pelo serviço de recolha no hotel e este não ocorra por motivos atribuídos ao cliente (por exemplo, não estar no local combinado no horário estipulado), não haverá direito a reembolso ou reagendamento da atividade.
5. Reembolsos
• O reembolso será efetuado apenas em situações específicas:
o Cancelamento por parte da Surf4Fun devido a condições climáticas impossíveis de serem contornadas.
o Impossibilidade de reagendamento da atividade por parte do cliente e da Surf4Fun.
6. Reagendamentos
• Reagendamentos são oferecidos como prioridade em caso de cancelamento devido a condições climáticas ou problemas organizacionais. Caso não seja possível reagendar para uma nova data que atenda ambas as partes, será oferecido o reembolso total.
7. Informações Adicionais
• Todas as solicitações de cancelamento ou reagendamento devem ser enviadas por e-mail ou telefone com antecedência.
• Ao reservar uma atividade, o cliente aceita as políticas descritas acima.
