Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

- **No Refund:** Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
- **Full Refund:** Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- **Partial Refund or Rescheduling:** Cancellations made between 49 and 72 hours prior to the tour may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling, subject to availability and discretion.
