Cancellation Policy

To cancel and request a refund, please contact the business or seller that sold you the excursion, as they are responsible for processing refunds. You can contact them by phone or email. Your cancellation request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation of the cancelation.

For all private excursions, we require a minimum of one week advance notice if a cancellation is needed for a full refund to occur. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than one week. No-shows will be charged the full price

Full refunds will be given due to:
Cancellations made by the company due to extreme weather or other circumstances out of our control. If the guest has a medical emergency or travel emergency and provides the company with proper documentation.
