For certified divers we offer only GUIDED SHORE DIVES. We do not offer boat dives.
With crystal clear water and excellent visibility, you'll be able to explore the colorful reef and its inhabitants, from schools of fish to curious octopuses. Our dives start at 9:00 a.m. and with a private guide reserved just for you, you'll have a half day of diving to explore to your heart's content. For PRIVATE TOURS, we offer a minimum fee for up to 4 participants, but if you want to expand your group size, don't worry, we've got you covered. Our additional person rate is available if you have more than 4 participants in your group. If you have a larger group, don't hesitate to give us a call at the Dive Center. We are happy to provide personalized attention and ensure that everyone in your group has an amazing time exploring the underwater world of Rincon. Capture the magic of your dive and take the memories home with you. Bring your own memory card or pick one up at the dive center.

- **Dive computer:** Available for rental for added safety and peace of mind, so you can track your own depth and dive time throughout the dive.
## ✅ Good to Know
**Divers must have their diver certification.**
**Minimum age:** 10 years old
Choose from a **1-tank or 2-tank dive**. The **2-tank option is only available during the morning excursion**. Guided shore dives run about **3–4 hours for one tank** and **5–6 hours for two tanks**.
If you are not wearing a wetsuit, we recommend a t-shirt or rashguard to help prevent sunburn and equipment abrasion. As a thank you for booking with us, these are available at a discounted rate. Just ask at check-in.
It is important to **drink plenty of water before arrival** for hydration. Reef-safe sunscreen is strongly encouraged to help protect the marine reserve.

If you have any special needs or requests, please contact us in advance so we can help make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Before arrival, please **drink plenty of water** and **apply reef-safe sunscreen**. Look for sunscreens labeled **reef-safe** or **non-nano**, ideally with mineral ingredients like zinc oxide.
# ARRIVAL POLICY:
Check-in is the time stated on your reservation on the day of the Tour at Rincon Diving & Snorkeling, Rd 115, Km 12.0, Rincon Puerto Rico.
Anticipate slower traffic and longer driving times. If you need directions, please call us and let us know where you are coming from and we are happy to help you, Please let us know as soon as possible if you are delayed in anyway.
After Check-in, equipment fitting and briefing, participants will carpool or caravan to the entry. Depending on the size of your group, the guide may or may not be able to accommodate transportation from Dive Center to entry. All activities start and end on the beach--NO BOAT IS REQUIRED for a great experience.
# CANCELLATION POLICY:
Because our groups are always small to exclusive, it is important to let us know of any changes in your reservation.
**Why do we have this policy?**
This policy reimburses Guides/Instructors for blocking off their schedule for you. When you book, they do not accept other work during that time. If we had no cancellation fee, they would lose the income during that period.
All cancellations should be done **48 hours prior** to the day of Tour to be exempted from the cancellation charges of 50% of the total tour cost.
There are no penalties or fees for canceling your Tour outside of the 48 hour window.
**CANCELLATION FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKING**: Bookings made less than 24 hours of the tour date are considered FINAL and will incur cancellation charges of 50% of the total tour cost.
All **NO-SHOWS** will be charged the full tour price for the group.
Cancellations made after 5:00 p.m the day prior to the tour will be be considered a NO-Show and incur the full tour price. This includes "reduction in group size" cancellations.
Cancellations need to be made directly by calling the dive center at 787-506-3483 .
Cancellations made via email or by voicemail may not be honored.
*WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS*: We reserve the right to cancel or reroute tours up until the last minute due to weather, safety, or other uncontrollable circumstances. In this case we will try to reschedule, agree on another more accessible destination, or if necessary give a full refund.
# GUARANTEE POLICY:
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment. All major cards are accepted.

Certified divers must bring your **CERTIFICATION CARD** to show to the reservations agent at check-in.

*Feeling unwell? Please reschedule your dive for another day.

*All participants must present a valid scuba certification card at check-in.
*If it has been more than 1-2 years since your last dive, we recommend completing a refresher course before your trip.

*Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 12 hours before your dive.
*Stay hydrated and eat a light meal before your dive.
*Review and sign the liability waiver before your dive.
