All services will be conducted at the scheduled time unless ocean/weather conditions warrant otherwise. Jacob Burks Surfing Academy reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any service if we believe ocean/weather conditions are dangerous or not ideal for learning. Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
