#CRUISE ADD-ONS:
Please just let us know if you'd like us to provide a drinks package (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) and catering. We will handle the delivery and set up so you have one less thing to handle!
If you'd like to add any of these to your booking, simply let us know by email or phone and we'll take care of it.

#STARTING LOCATION
Our default starting point is our home base at Berth 4 Southgate Landing, though we're flexible and can tailor the cruise to your requirements. For alternative pick-up locations please give us a call on 1300 915 605 to discuss any requests you may have.
#ONBOARDING
Please ensure arrival at Southgate Landing (or alternative agreed dock) at least 10 minutes prior to departure.
#ALCOHOL PACKAGES
If you have purchased one of our alcohol packages, please note that food must also be provided during the cruise. You may either pre-purchase a food package from us or bring your own onboard.
Cancellation Policy
Your reservation may be cancelled (for a credit) up until 24 hours before departure at no cost. To do this you can contact us via email at bookings@melbournewatertaxis.com.au. Under no circumstances can a booking be cancelled for a refund.
