2.5 hour rental comprises of the first 30 minutes of your rental of a training session and boat rental licensing.
The remaining 2 hours will be yours to safely BBQ on the water and enjoy the upper harbour and Gorge water way.
Alcohol is not permitted on the water. It’s considered drinking or a a dui. Which is enforceable by the water patrols.

Booking Notes
##Important Arrival Information:
**Please arrive up at your scheduled cruise time, no earlier!** This will give us time to go over the rental boat license, our waiver, the operation of the boat, and time to set your stuff up.
All boats are cleaned and disinfected before every rental.
**- DO NOT arrive intoxicated**
**- All glass items are prohibited**

- Swimwear, a towel, a hat, and sunglasses - the water can be very bright at times!
- Warm clothing and seasonal appropriate clothing and or blanket for cool evenings.

## Weather notice
Due to the possibility of quickly changing weather conditions, (high winds and freezing temps) bookings may be required to be rescheduled or canceled. We will do our best to notify customers no less than 2 hours before the booking time.
## Tips
Our staff works hard to ensure your rental is clean and that you get the best experience possible. If you enjoyed your trip and would like to leave a tip for the staff it is very much appreciated but not required.
Bring your own food, plates, cutlery, beverages and anything you may need for your dining experience.
Cancellation Policy
**More than 72 hours of notice**:
If the customer has phoned or emailed more than 3 days in advance of their upcoming rental, they can be canceled and receive a full refund or rebooked to a different available time slot without penalty.
**Less than 72 hours of notice but more than 24 hours**:
If the customer's phone or email to request a cancellation or rebooking but are under the 72-hour window, then they cannot receive a full refund. They can be rebooked to a different available time slot but are subject to a $65 rebooking fee.
If the customer would like to cancel because they don’t know when they want to rebook to, we can issue them a gift card for the amount that they’ve booked for. That way they have a credit with us for when they do decide on a date that works for them. A $65 cancellation fee will be added to the booking.
In the event that we are able to fill the time slot that had been canceled or rebooked, whether it was by someone on the waitlist or from a different customer booking online; we will waive the $65 fee that was added to the customer’s booking.
**Less than 24 hours of notice**:
No refunds or rebooking, it is too late of notice to give us adequate time to find a replacement for their time slot. Preparation supplies and time would be at a loss.
