Must be 25 yrs or older to rent. A $1000 credit card hold will be collected as a security deposit. This deposit will be waived with purchase of 3rd Party 1-day boater insurance. There is a $250 penalty for having an open flame or smoking on the boat. Vape and e-cig ok.
Booking Notes
**Location & 30 minute Prior-Arrival Information**
Renters, operators and all guests must arrive 30mins prior to the reservation start time. This is critical so that we can move your boat to the Launch and have enough time for a safety and use orientation.

Your boat will be at the CDA PUBLIC LAUNCH. Please look for our Brown and Black (double-bimini) Suncatcher G3 Tritoon when you come down to the docks.
Coeur d'Alene Launch Location
208 S 3rd Street, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
Public Launch is between the CDA Resort and McEuen Park
**What to Bring:**
- Suitable shoes for walking
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Cooler for food and drinks
- USB phone charge cords
**Other good things to know**
- Everything may get wet, waterproof (plastic) bags are a good idea
- Hats with chinstraps have a better chance of coming home with you
- Small child life vests if you have them (please let us know in advance if you need us to bring extras)
Note: Our crew provides a concierge-level orientation with Q&A session and is part of our 5-Star experience. If you believe they have done a fabulous job you are welcome to tip them, while not at all required, they won't say No! (If you don't have cash you are welcome to drop us a note with their name, if you remember, and we can charge your card on file.)
**We will Provide:**
- All required safety gear, life vests and map of Lake CDA and Spokane River
- Air pump for your flotation devices
**Important:**
In order to operate the boat the renter and all operators must complete the online Registration and bring a State-issued ID.
Please leave pets, fishing poles, high-heels, expensive purses and delicate items safely stored at your residence. Emotional support pets are not considered Service Animals and will not be permitted.
**Security Deposit Information**
A 'Security Hold' of $500 will be added to your card on file 1-2 days prior to your rental. If there are no damages this will be auto-removed after 3 days. Let us know if you'd like to purchase additional accident, medical or EPA insurance prior to the start of your rental.
Note: We do not make any money on any of the insurance programs and offer it only for your protection and peace of mind.
NOTE: Renters are responsible for all damage, fines and fees during the rental. Our insurance only protects our company regarding employee and owner liability, but does not cover the renter, their guests, rented boat or equipment from their actions. For example in an accident the renter is responsible for all damage to all vessels, medical and environmental cleanup, as necessary.
Deluxe Tritoon replacement cost is $75,000.
Performance Tritoon replacement cost is $95,000
Premium Tritoon replacement cost is $120,000

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
If the renter notifies us by phone, text, or email;
For Boat Rentals;
5 days prior is 100% refund.
3-4 days prior is gift card towards future rental (no expiration)
1-2 days prior no refund.
For Captain Services, or Captain specific charters;
5 days prior is 100% refund
No refund for less than 5 days notice
It is understood that like your plans, the weather can change at any time and we do not provide refunds based on weather conditions such as clouds, rain or sun.
For any unsafe weather conditions such as unsafe air quality, high winds or lightning we may provide a full refund or gift card towards a future rental. Our website has a weather and wind forecast tool that we recommend you check prior to booking and days leading up to your rental. We will make every effort to rebook your reservation if your schedule permits or our availability allows.
Note: For those who are concerned, we now offer Trip Protection (+10%) at checkout which we will honor up to same day cancellations, minus the trip protection and any fees. If Trip Protection is purchased, at the time of the rental, then it will provide a cancellation option up to two hours prior to start of the rental.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes anyone that is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or presents themselves as a risk to us, the boat or themselves. No refund will be given under these circumstances.
