##What to bring:
Wear clothing that would be comfortable for a walk on the beach that day. Swimsuits are not necessary, but are permitted. Footwear that would stay on your feet in the water is suggested. Sport sandals such as Teva's or Chaco's are recommended, and old sneakers are fine, too. Sun protection is important, regardless of the weather or season. We strongly recommend a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. A bottle of water for each person is also recommended. During Spring and Fall mornings and evenings bug spray may be necessary.
