About
This trip floats a beautiful, approximately 3-mile stretch of the North Platte River from the Paxton bridge to the Sarben bridge. You can choose from Tanks, Tubes, or Kayaks. We provide life jackets and oars/paddles, and there is bench seating in the tanks. Bringing snacks and coolers with your favorite beverages is encouraged -- there is plenty of room in the tanks for coolers, and if you are tubing we have cooler tubes available for rent as well.
No need to worry about transportation or hauling equipment, we take care of all of that for you! You will check in at Dusty Trails in North Platte, we will haul you and the equipment to Paxton (about a 35-mile drive) and get you started on your float. When you get to the Sarben bridge, we will be there to haul you and your equipment back to North Platte.
* Water levels are always fluctuating. We check levels daily and if levels are too low or high, we will call you to let you know your options, which could include alternate equipment or trips. Call 308-530-0048 if you have questions*

- Check in at Dusty Trails, 2717 N. Buffalo Bill Ave, North Platte.
(If you are traveling in from the west, ask about our alternate check in location in Paxton!)
- Please check in 10 minutes prior to your schedule departure time. All times listed are Central Time Zone.
- Life jackets are required by State Law. We have life jackets available for participants 5 years old and older. If you have younger participants, you must provide life jackets for them.
- Alcohol is allowed during your float...Please drink responsibly!!
- Please be prepared to paddle your tank at times during the float in order to stay in the main channel and avoid hitting any trees/shrubs overhanging the bank.
- If tanking, someone in your party must be able to get out of the tank into the water at the end to help guide the tank into the exit point.
- DO NOT LITTER! Please take all trash, cans, bottles, etc. with you when you leave. Help keep our beautiful waterways clean for all to enjoy.
- The land on each side of the river is Private Property along the float (except at the entrance and exit points), so please stick to the water. There are typically sand bars in the river in places along the float where you could get out and play in the water if you wish to.
- To keep phones safe, we offer Aquacase waterproof, floating phone cases available for purchase.
- Stadium seats are available to rent for use in the tanks for anyone looking for a little extra cushion or back support.

Sunscreen is highly recommended as you will be floating in full sun.
ALL LAND on both sides of the river is PRIVATE PROPERTY. Please stick to the waterways to enjoy your trip.
You are responsible for any personal belongings. Dusty Trails LLC is not liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings. *Please DO NOT LEAVE BELONGINGS ON THE BUS as it may not be available at the end of your trip.
###You are responsible for all equipment provided; this includes water vessels, life jackets, oars/paddles. Any equipment damaged or lost will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellation Policy
##Cancellation up to one week prior to your scheduled check in time will be refunded less a 10% booking fee.
##Cancellations less than one week prior to your scheduled check in time are non-refundable.
