Join our local and experienced crew on an unforgettable adventure that blends ocean exploration with fresh, local flavors. We’ve traveled the world to snorkel, freedive, and spearfish—sampling some of the best ceviche along the way. Inspired by our travels, we’ve crafted our own take on this classic dish, using mostly locally sourced ingredients grown right here in South Florida.
These days, people are more disconnected than ever from their food—most meals come wrapped in plastic, from who knows where. One of the biggest inspirations behind this tour is to promote mindful eating and help people reconnect with their food sources.
Spearfishing is the most sustainable way to harvest fish, with zero bycatch, no habitat destruction, and the ability to selectively target only what is needed. Our experienced guide will demonstrate this method in action, giving you the chance to observe from the boat or jump in with a mask and snorkel for a closer look.
After the hunt, we’ll anchor in a beautiful spot and dive into a hands-on ceviche workshop. Learn how to prepare fresh fish the way we do here in South Florida—simple, fresh, and full of flavor. You’ll chop, mix, and season your way to the perfect ceviche, using the day’s catch. And, of course, the best part—sitting back and enjoying the fruits of your labor with an ocean view.

- please note the following: If you have booked this activity on a weekend or late in the afternoon on a weekday for Phil Foster Park, we *highly* suggest you use rideshare to the park as there is usually no parking during this time.
###WHEN TO ARRIVE
**Please arrive/check in 10 minutes before the scheduled boat tour.** Note that parking can be difficult to find during peak hours, especially in the afternoon, during holidays, spring & summer season. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking!! If you are unable to find parking, you can park down the street on Lake Drive (Northside has street parking) and walk, or we recommend taking an Uber.

Cancellation Policy
###Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Customers will receive a full refund if notice is made with at least 24 hours notice
- Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances
- Trips are not cancelled due to rain
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours of a scheduled booking will be charged a 50% cancellation fee
- No shows will be charged the full price of the booked trip/course. No refunds will be given due to the potential loss of business/expenses incurred.
We are a team of two who specialize in small intimate group settings, in order to keep our business sustainable and activities enjoyable we must adhere to a stern cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding.
