**Our PADI Reactivate Refresher Course is designed to help you regain your confidence and refresh your skills in a fun and supportive environment.** Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises and skill assessments to help you feel comfortable and confident in the water once again.
By taking this course, you'll also gain access to new and exciting diving opportunities that you may not have been eligible for without a recent dive certification. Plus, you'll feel safe and prepared for any dive adventure that comes your way.
At **Rincon Diving & Snorkeling**, we understand that everyone's needs are different, so we offer customized refresher courses to suit your individual needs. Our instructors will work with you to design a course that meets your specific goals and challenges.
What’s Included:
**All Scuba Equipment:** Everything you need is provided, including tanks, weights, EXCEPT mask, snorkel, fins. (available for rental or purchase)
**Professional Instruction:**Personalized, hands-on guidance from certified PADI professionals.
**Safety Briefing & Dive Planning:** A refresher on essential safety protocols and dive planning basics.
What’s Not Included:
**Transportation to the Dive Center and dive site**: You’ll need to arrange your own transport to our dive center.
**Dive Certification Fees:** Reactivation fees may apply if updating your PADI card.
**Wetsuit Rental (Optional**): If you prefer extra warmth, wetsuits are available to rent.
**Dive Computer Rental (Optional):** *Recommended* in lieu of dive planning by dive tables.
ACADEMIC:
You’ll go over important dive safety concepts, dive planning essentials and problem management. Your PADI Professional will have you practice putting your gear together and doing a predive safety check with your buddy. In the water, you’ll review all the basic scuba skills with a focus on good buoyancy control. Be sure to let your instructor know of any particular skills you would like to review and practice.

48+ Hours: Cancel with no fee.
24-48 Hours: 50% of the tour cost.
Within 24 Hours or No-Show: Full charge.

If it’s been a while since your last dive, you’re in the right place — this course is designed to help you review important skills, rebuild confidence, and get back in the water with the support of a PADI professional. 🐠✨

## ✅ Before You Arrive
**Diver certification:** Please be sure to bring your **diver certification** with you. This course is for certified divers only.

Certain medical conditions may affect participation, so please review the form carefully.

During the course, you may review gear setup, predive safety checks, buoyancy control, ascents and descents, and any basic scuba skills you feel you need extra guidance with.

We are located at **2207 Ave Pedro Albizu Campos Carr Rd 115 Km 12.0, Rincón, PR 00677**. Please do not rely only on street addresses, as they may take you to the wrong side of the island.

## ✅ Good to Know
**Minimum age:** 10 years old.
If you are not wearing a wetsuit, we recommend a t-shirt or rashguard to help prevent sunburn and equipment abrasion. As a thank you for booking with us, these are available at a discounted rate. Just ask at check-in.
As part of your training, you must allow at least **18 hours before flying after diving**. ✈️
It is important to arrive well hydrated, so please **drink plenty of water before arrival**. Reef-safe sunscreen is strongly encouraged to help protect the marine reserve.

- To receive a full refund, please provide at least **24 hours’ notice** if you need to cancel your tour.
- Cancellations made within **24 hours** of the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund.
- If you do not show up and do not contact us, a refund cannot be issued. Our team will attempt to reach you at the time of the tour if you’re a no-show.
All cancellations must be made by calling the dive center directly at **787-506-3483**. Cancellations made via email or voicemail may not be honored.

# ARRIVAL POLICY:
Check-in is the time stated on your reservation on the day of the Tour at Rincon Diving & Snorkeling, Rd 115, Km 12.0, Rincon Puerto Rico.
Anticipate slower traffic and longer driving times. If you need directions, please call us and let us know where you are coming from and we are happy to help you, Please let us know as soon as possible if you are delayed in anyway.
After Check-in, equipment fitting and briefing, participants will carpool or caravan to the entry. Depending on the size of your group, the guide may or may not be able to accommodate transportation from Dive Center to entry. All activities start and end on the beach--NO BOAT IS REQUIRED for a great experience.
# CANCELLATION POLICY:
Because our groups are always small to exclusive, it is important to let us know of any changes in your reservation.
**Why do we have this policy?**
This policy reimburses Guides/Instructors for blocking off their schedule for you. When you book, they do not accept other work during that time. If we had no cancellation fee, they would lose the income during that period.
All cancellations should be done **48 hours prior** to the day of Tour to be exempted from the cancellation charges of 50% of the total tour cost.
There are no penalties or fees for canceling your Tour outside of the 48 hour window.
**CANCELLATION FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKING**: Bookings made less than 24 hours of the tour date are considered FINAL and will incur cancellation charges of 50% of the total tour cost.
All **NO-SHOWS** will be charged the full tour price for the group.
Cancellations made after 5:00 p.m the day prior to the tour will be be considered a NO-Show and incur the full tour price. This includes "reduction in group size" cancellations.
Cancellations need to be made directly by calling the dive center at 787-506-3483 .
Cancellations made via email or by voicemail may not be honored.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment. All major cards are accepted.
