SUP at sunrise in the Algarve's most famous cave offers a complete and simple way to learn stand-up paddleboarding without the need for complex physical preparation. It's a sport that anyone can practice without restrictions. Stand-up paddleboarding has numerous health and wellness benefits and fosters a connection with nature. Blue Xperiences provides a certified level 2 stand-up paddle instructor, trained at the Asi Academy of Surfing International, who will guide you through balancing and paddling on a large, stable, and easy-to-handle paddleboard, as well as instruct you on safety and best practices for the sport.
The sunrise tour at Benagil beach occurs when conditions are calm and away from crowds, lasting approximately up to 2 hours, with high-quality photos from a GoPro included.

Trip itinerary
• The Sunrise tour, beginning at 7am during the high season, ascends to Praia de Marinha and four additional secluded caves. Praia de Marinha is an iconic beach in the Algarve, best visited before the arrival of crowds. The tour includes:
• Multiple storytelling stops
• Exploration of the Benagil cave surroundings
• Ample time to discover the stunning Benagil area
• A journey through up to nine more hidden caves
• Opportunities for Instagram-worthy photos along the route
• A return trip to Benagil beach
Other itineraries include tours at 9:30am, 11,30am, 12.30pm, or 2pm, where you'll have the opportunity to explore around nine stunning caves. These include the breathtaking secluded beach of Praia do Carvalho, the smugglers' tunnel, the Lovers' Cave, the Turtle Cave, the Eco Cave, and more, depending on sea conditions and your ability! Join us for this incredible cave adventure led by your local guide. With guidance available in French, English, and Spanish, we ensure you understand everything.
